Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE CHARTER BOOKING POLICY A reservation is secured only after the required deposit or full payment is successfully processed. Guest cancellations made 7 days or more before departure may be canceled through the booking system. Cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable; please contact us directly if exceptional circumstances apply. Guests may reschedule up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Changes inside 48 hours are at Turquoise Island Boat Rental and Tours' discretion. If the captain cancels because of unsafe weather, sea conditions, or another safety-related operating condition, guests may reschedule or receive a refund for the charter payment received. Routes, stop order, departure timing, and individual stops may change because of tides, weather, sea state, safety, or conditions beyond our control. No-shows and late arrivals that prevent the charter from operating as scheduled are not refundable. Maximum capacity is 14 passengers total, including adults and children.
