The date is not confirmed until we contact you. • No online payment is collected. Full payment is due before departure after availability is confirmed, using a payment method we confirm with you. • Please do not send payment until we confirm your reservation and payment instructions. • The captain makes the final weather/safety decision. • If cancelled for unsafe conditions, we will try to reschedule; otherwise, a refund of charter payments received will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION REQUESTS AND PAYMENT Submit a reservation request with $0 down. Sending this form does not confirm the date; we will contact you to confirm availability. No online payment is collected. Once the reservation is confirmed, full payment is due before departure using a payment method we confirm with you. Please do not send payment until we confirm the reservation and payment instructions. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES Cancellations received 7 or more days before departure: charter payments received will be refunded, less any non-refundable payment-processing charges. Cancellations received less than 7 days before departure, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable. Request a reschedule at least 48 hours before departure; changes are subject to availability. Requests inside 48 hours are at Turquoise Island Boat Rental and Tours’ discretion. WEATHER AND ITINERARY The captain makes the final weather and safety decision. If Turquoise Island cancels because of unsafe weather, sea conditions, tides, or another safety-related operating condition, guests may reschedule or receive a refund of charter payments received. Routes, stop order, departure time, and individual stops may change because of weather, tides, sea state, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. GUESTS AND EXTRAS Maximum capacity is 14 passengers total, including adults and children. Lunch, restaurant purchases, souvenirs, and transportation are not included unless expressly stated. The only tour landing fee is the $15 per-person Compass Cay fee on the Full Day Swimming Pigs tour; it is paid directly to Compass Cay/private island by credit card only and is not collected by Turquoise Island Boat Rental and Tours.
