All tours are private charters. Maximum capacity is 14 passengers total, including adults and children. The captain has final authority over safety, routes, timing, and operations, and all guests must follow the captain’s instructions. Lunch, restaurant purchases, transportation, souvenirs, and third-party landing fees are not included unless expressly stated. When Compass Cay is included, its landing fee is $15 per person and is paid directly to Compass Cay by credit card. Routes, individual stops, stop order, and departure times may change because of weather, tides, sea conditions, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. Guests must provide accurate booking and passenger information and arrive at the confirmed departure point on time.
